I've used this before and it worked fine but when I try to download it now, it just says that it's detected Windows NT in c:\windows and I need to remove the Windows NT CD or the files before I can do it.

I don't understand a word of that, any help?

It has worked and that is Windows trying to undo it. Don't insert anything and install the new theme you want, it'll work fine.
