block the email adress, i had the same problem.

Have you changed your e-mail recently? If you did you would need to go to the e-mail you changed it to and find an e-mail from Habbo asking if this was you who changed your e-mail. If not change your e-mail once again and follow these steps

Also You need to give Information to PROOVE that the adress is Genuinly yours.
