Yummy. It's one of my new all-time favourite foods. Pasta with cheese sauce and ham/bacon pieces. !

I've had it, but to make myself feel less guilty of eating it I add some chopped up courgettes

Yes, its originally made with Tagliatelle, cream, eggs and proscuto (sp) ham.

Whisk all the wet ingredients, pour over pasta, mix it up (cooks the eggs) add a little bit of the cooking water if it looks drty.
