No he's not. He's pretty useless lately at these Olympic events.
Specially the archery, he let in everyone in the queue, and then kicked all the people who didnt get a chair. but there's only like 24 chairs, and 50 ppl in the queue. So some people had been waiting an hour, and lost a space to a 5 minute person who had already played.
I've heard he's done similar in other events.
And didn't he disqualify someone from the whole thing too?

Tbh, I'm not a huge fan of Bucho. He needs to do more for him to get my appreciation.
And I think you'll find that the winners of this poll and probably every other one ever has been random. Just so happens that this time, there wasn't ANYONE we knew.
So this doesn't actually show he's fair.. meh.
