I'm not saying anything bad against Americans themselves, just their president who gets involved too much. Can't they just let Russia and Georgia sort this one out themselves? Russia will take this the wrong way that America are on the Georgians side, and it will only cause more trouble.

one blow (nuclear bomb) to russia in the right place would render russia inhabitable. theyve blown themselves up twice.

The West won't take action against Russia because the West would lose. Russia have their allies too, they're a very powerful country who are proving a point imo: They're still in charge.
If the west take action, expect Russia to show them how natural resources are going to kill their economies. Kill the economy, kill the country. Russia have the upper hand, there won't be any "bomby bomby".

Either way USA have warned/demanded for Russia to remove all of the troops.
