Default addicted to sugar/caffene (fizzy drinks)

over the past few weeks i have been drinking a LOT of coke, 4-5 litres a day and i think it might be because of the sugar and caffene. ive had a bottle of dr pepper and a can of renentless already, i have a bottle of coke (2l) in my room at the moment and im trying not to open it, coke has taken over alcohol whenever i go to the pub now, unless its jd and coke/malibu and coke. im also pretty shaky and "hyper" from all the sugar and my arms feel pretty weird at the moment

any tips on how to beat this addiction?

Replace the coke you buy with diet coke then slowly turn to water. Do you know how bad coke is for you? I dread to see the state of your teeth

Did you know one can has the equivalent of twelve teaspoons of sugar? So just think how much a two litre bottle holds. It will eventually make you seriously ill if you carry on drinking it at this rate, maybe even diabetic - Will that not motivate you to stop?

I'm the same, expect I don't drink as much.
I have to drink fizzy drink everyday and its quite bad imo.
I've started switching to orange juice, which is healthier and nice tbh!

Try a different drink, and slowly move off the caffiene.
