Role: Sales Representative
Requirements:

• This is a remote position
• Multiple shifts available (Day Time Preferable)
• Knowledge of Internet related software (email, FTP, etc) a must!
• Understanding of the concepts that make the Internet work (DNS, backbones, TCP/IP, protocols, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge and experience on evaluating problems by using traceroutes, DNS lookups, host lookups, WHOIS, etc., as the majority of problems are related to "connection" problems.
• Excellent written communication skills in English is a must
• Fast keyboard typer
• Must have *excellent* problem solving skills
• Ability to easily retain information, as the amount of information to learn is quite extensive
• Need to be proactive, a fast learner and must enjoy working on a dynamic environment
• Excellent 'People Person' skills
• Patience (a must) and willingness to help customers is mandatory
• You will be thoroughly tested
• You must NOT simultaneously work for another company

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales & customer service inquiries
• Handle sales to prospective customers
• Be generally active on several forums to advertise
• Provide upgrade and additional costs to current clients
• Plus much much more!

Wage: 25% Comission Based - + Bonuses!
