i dont evolve mine, i keep them same as found them i have a shiny ponyta too but i got that in a trade but it looks legit

I got a pokémon with 31 IV's in HP, It was a chansey I think or whatever you call the mini-chansey when you hatch it. It's now a blissey with full EV's in HP and full IV's
