Just set the background color of the page to the iframe background? And to disable scroll bars just turn them off in the code where it says scrolling=yes put scrolling=no

What u do to see the hex code is really easy! You screen shot the page and you go on paint. you pic the color u want to create and you go on color edit.
You go on define custom color. Once selected u look on the number on hue sat lum and u open frontpage or macromedia. u go create a new color for and go on select it more defined like it is now. And simply put the same number. Then once done u click okey and go see on the html code to know what ur hex code! Hope i help

Scrolling=no means no scroll bar at all so u have to click and drag ur way down the iframe which is annoying "/
