How the hell is Colchester number 9? I live close to there, and it's not a happy place nor a sad place. There's no real buzz of anything :/ Chelmsford is a weird number, but that's more of a positive place than Colchester.

But as Geraint said, look for the boroughs. Ipswich isn't on there, and that's quite a big town in England. The only thing near Ipswich is the weird District Council offices it seems :S
