Very weird problem :S

when I try to get onto my habbo account I get this message:



I've tried to get onto another habbo account I own and it works perfectly...
I haven't been hacked because I've looked inside of the room, although I got a virus on my other computer.
But I haven't tried to go on that account on that computer since the virus.
I've tried to re-install shockwave a few times and still nothing...

Ok,
If you have definately tried COMPLETELY removing shockwave +/or flash and then re-installing it. And it still doesn't work.

Try clearing all cookies + delete files + settings stored by add-ons.


If the problem persists.

Use the HHT (Contact Us) found at the bottom of the Habbo ~ Home page.

Explain exactly what has happened and type exactly what the pop-up says.
Include what browser you have, version, things you have tried to stop this etc.

I'm sure habbo should help you
