Disruption is anything that stops the flow of the hotel...

from blocking rooms to scripting MOD-badges...

It's usually only 2hour bans but they can be perm.

You don't get permed for Disruption tbh. Maybe if your part of a blocking gang, just out there to block/cause trouble, you might be permed.
