I reckon they should get rid of forum mods and have more SMods.

Hmm wouldent really work as forum moderators dont just moderate all forums. We do other jobs sutch as stuff to do with user profiles. We also do thing like banning autoban members ect.

I think the amount of mods is fine at the moemnt. Some are away on holiday though but they will be back soon and we will return to normal. School Holidays always do cause more rulebreaking ect as there is more posts made during a day.

NO to more smods, more a secruity risk.
I don't accept pm's, instead leave a message on my profile aka vistor message thing.

Rep means nothing to me, thats why I even say I dislike +reps.

Not at all, Super Moderators aren't meant to have access to personal details found only in the Admin CP. And if a Super Mod turns rogue then it's easily fixed. Ban them, unban any members banned, put back the posts/threads removed (I think they're automatically dumped in a "trash forum" somewhere anyway). No damage can possibly done :/

At the moment it seems there's enough moderators. You can't rely on a moderator serving your every whim. If a post isn't removed, it will be by a super moderator (and there's usually one online) or just PM an AGM or Super Mod, but that was what used to happen, not sure if it still does

Just to tell you there is the fact of risk. I can login to my mod cp now and see
Your user, your email as well as alot of other stuff like brithday. So yes they do have to have a cirtain amount of trust in smods.
