I'd go for Man city if I were him, Chelsea sound attractive but Man City has shedloads of potential.

He's world class. He'll get into the Chelsea team. Man City have lots of money but that means **** all if you don't buy the right players. You could have the best 11 players in the world but who's to say they'll play way together. Man City's team at the beginning of last season played well together and who'd heard of half of them?
