    I see now some detail/shading, but in the middle of his cloak, it just looks flat, thats what I was confused, work on that a bit, shade it more there. And I dont think you've chosen correct shading type. I think the shading you've done here is best used for buildings or metalic objects. I think you should study the different types of shading of which there aren't many, but ones that best suit clothing and soft materials.

    I like it. It isnt too detailed and some people saying you have to add more shading and stuff but I honestly think you should leave it like that because thats what Habbo avatars are like. They arent too detailed and thats why I like it
