    Hey, I'm opening a habbo fansite, the name isnt yet decided, but yeh, i need a VB. I would love for somebody to give me one to upload to my server. You would be forum manager and have complete control

    You don't need vBulletin.

    Just start of with PHBB or SMF or IPB Free.
