well im currently going out with a girl that already has a bf. UGH. but im falling for someone else but im not that bad because i managed to say no to a guy that asked me out last night PHEW!

Never. I guess it's the whole treating people how you'd like to be treated thing -- I'd hate it if I knew my significant other was playing me.
If you're commited to/in a relationship with someone, you owe it to them to be faithful to them. If you want to sleep or hook up with others, you should just stay single.
