Why am I admin?

The VIP permissions and Admin permissions are in different places. VIP is given via the subscriptions manager. Well I think it still is.

VIP is automatic when purchased via paypal but if via sms or for a freind then you can either add it via subscriptions manager or search their name on the user section and when editing them you can click add a subscription and do it there. Or you can just add VIP as an additional usergroup but they would have it forever.

Elkaa once accidently made me a SMod so it can't be that hard. That being said, there are no administrators online so I don't see how it could've happened.

I have been told someone got admin for 10 seconds when supposed to be getting smod as a mistake :p Thats obviously easy to do though as they are like

I think. But I dont think Elliot ahs received any new permisions so if it did happen then I don't know how it could be a mistake

Yes which is what Barkseh said - it's done via subcriptions manager because if you just put them in the usergroup they would have it forever .

Like a few mins ago I had admin.. :S

My name went red, I noticed this because I had a few extra links at the top

one said "open contacts window" or something the other said "mark forums read"

and when I clicked the contacts one, it showed all of the people that were on my friends list (I think most of them admins anyway) and it showed only me as online and my name was red.. :S

It happened because you didnt let the page load, or the page didnt load correctly. So yea, its just a glitch

I know, i'm confused cause now when I look at my name on that thingy I still have up (refreshed it) my name is back to normal.. not pink but normal
