Default [VISTA] Stoping processes on startup

How do I stop processes like GoogleUpdater.exe and Ituneshelper.exe starting when I turn my computer on?

Isn't there a folder in "Programs" called "Startup?" Might be worth looking through that, I think that's how I stopped programs on someone elses laptop, but not too sure. Worth a shot

The programs are ones that actually pop up when you start computer i'm sure, i.e. if i added notepad to it, notepad would pop up when i start computer, same as msn etc. i don't think it'll deal with itunes etc in there
