    Default Help with fedora

Ok, well i installed it and get to the point where its installing (after its partitioned, etc) then it constantly comes up with "The file ..................fc9.i386.rpm cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file, a corrupt package or corrupt media. Please verify your isntallation source."However before i put it on a disc i checked with the SHA1 it was fine then at start of installation i verified and it was fine, when the error comes up i can reboot or eject, if i eject and put the disk back in it ignores the error and finds another file, i could go through the installation by ejecting about 400 times then reinserting, but i can't be bothered with that, so any ideas whats wrong?

maybe during the download or burning of the CD/DVD file(s) became corrupt. So my advise would be to download it again and burn it again.

It verified fine, the files ARE there, the files ARENT corrupted, because if i eject it and reinsert it it reads it fine, so something else.

it might be corrupt you probably burnt it at a too quick a speed meaning to file is displaced and erroring out however chris could be right as you can still read an error'd disc til the point of corruption however it can also be read after aswell such as a scratch dvd etc
