    Default Getting back to shapee

    I have a 4/6 pack for the last 6 months without going much to the gym, but i can see it start to go ahaa.

    I was wondering if someone can give me a tut on how to start doing cruches?

    not doing them or anything, just basic so i can get used to it ect

    Swimming sucks for building muscle, it's plainly for losing calories:rolleyes:

    Swimming makes you lean but not really 'muscly'.
