COD 4 connection problems?

Saying i need an active network to connect to xbox live or systemlink. When i am connected, and my mate just messeged my asking if i was getting problems connecting, so its not just me. Anyone else hainng problems with it?

1. I use 2 different wireless connections. i use my xbox on mine, and computer on next doors
2. Everyone got the error
3. Read the other thread, i clearly edited it saying that it was due to lagg and asking a mod to delete it

im having this as well

my NAT is showing up as STRICT - I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the COD4 connection problems.

i got cut off from live during a game earlier and since then ive had problems, even my xbox crashing. same with my friends.
