    Ok this is the ifraim

    <IFRAME SRC="http://www.the-pit.co.uk/welcome.php" FRAMEBORDER="0" NAME="main"WIDTH="98%"HEIGHT="315"></IFRAME>

    You see the tag name, is set to main. meaning this ifraim is called main, it could be called what ever you like.

    Now we have our link

    <a href="URL">Home</a>

    but to make it only use the ifraim with the name main

    <a href="URL" target="main">Home</a>

    We set the target to main, meaing the link only targets the ifraim with the name main, so only that ifraim will change page.
