I think it needs to be changed, people who have been here 2+ years only have 2/3 rep. I think we should personally have more.

That's how I think it should be awarded, what are the current limits?

I agree with Gomme its fine the way it is, everyone complained the last time it changed if i remember correctly

There was a massive thread about it, and if I remember correctly, it got past 1,000 posts.

Isn't that a good thing. On alot of habbo forums the rep power is higher then that.
