On wednsday I tried it with my friend, and we're pretty good and can do some vaults and wall runs and good precisions.
If you don't know what it is firstly don't insult my grammar on 'precisions'.

Secondly it's like an Urban Ninja sport. It's pretty cool.

Anyway we're doing it tomorrow and tonight, and I was wondering if anybody has any tips, or if anybody else does it already?

I know someone who does this... flips off walls. It's very cool but I'd never do it myself... I'd break my back for sure...

One time he was halfway through a flip when his phone rang, lost concentration and nearly broke his neck... he's alright now but he keeps his phone switched off

People should do it away from others. I see too many people trying to be hip by somersaulting over me and making sure everyone is watching them. The next time it happens, I will be sure to palm them in mid-air and hope that they knock out all their teeth.
