Bought the DVD today, and watched it.

Has been given quite a few bad reviews, and I personally didn't think it was too bad.

    Opinions?
    PM me for help.

It was terrible, I hate... HATE movies which don't stay true to the books, at least even a bit. The Da Vinci code actually made me walk out of the cinema, after the first 45 minutes - it's the only film to have ever done that to me.

I thought it was the crappest film of all times.

Didn't bother to read the book; I'm strictly Stephen King. The film wasn't too bad.

It's a pretty good book, but massively overrated anyway - Angels and Demons (prequal) vastly out-awesomers Da Vinci.

I thought it was alright, although not as good as the book.

I'll agree with that. I heard they were making the Angels & Demons film.

Ron Howard has done a lot better, that's for sure.
