Heh, he didn't take his foot off the gas the whole time through that power slide til he hit the fence.

thats all you need to be able to do. the cars gotta stop sometime. just wait for them to stop and then move in. if they are not being chased they are less likely to drive like idiots and posibly not even know they are being followed.
And as for the cops training. well all i've ever seen is the 'Pitt manouver'. which hardly needs training. its basic physics/car control.

well they can follow in other ways. there are helicopters, and they and set up road blocks. no need for them to chase at such speed and with such wrecklessness.
Plus these guy are probably just drug dealers or summin. its stupid to chase them like tht.
