I believe theres a new feature in Photoshop called "Content-aware scaling"

yer, evenly distributes the photo when you rescale it so it doesn't look out of proportion.

Photoshop CS4 supports GPU acceleration. Unfortunatly you'll only be able to use this if you have a CUDA enabled card (Nvidia 8 Series +)

Dreamweaver is, flash isnt. Flash has 3D, its awesome, I love the new tweens too.

CS3 isn't that old :S Seems a bit sudden releasing a new one, or is theirtarget audience the people who actually bother to pay for the program, and because that's a small number, they have to make a new version every 2-4 years with a bigger price tag?
