I just added it to the Adblock Plus list for Firefox, it only seems to block the one image; not every from the host.

Yh but on IE once you add it to restricted lists it removes the EOJFWEIWJNFMI.jpg or whatever it is and leaves the link uploadpicz.com or whatever
