Getting up too quickly causes head rush, and the hot water doesn't help, because that makes you a bit dehydrated. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids after a hot bath/shower.

Orthostatic hypo tension is an abnormal decrease in blood pressure when a person stands up. This may lead to fainting.
    Description
When a person stands upright, a certain amount of blood normally pools in the veins of the ankles and legs. This pooling means that there is slightly less blood for the heart to pump and causes a drop in blood pressure. Usually, the body responds to this drop so quickly, a person is unaware of the change. The brain tells the blood vessels to constrict so they have less capacity to carry blood, and at the same time tells the heart to beat faster and harder. These responses last for a very brief time. If the body's response to a change in vertical position is slow or absent, the result is orthostatic hypotension. It is not a true disease, but the inability to regulate blood pressure quickly."

^^ Yeah, most likely it's because you have been sitting so long, and then out of the blue, you get up!

Maybe get up more slowly/take time to get up, from sitting down/lying down/baths/etc.

I do too sometimes, haha, it's like, HUGE ADRELINE RUSH, not HEAD RUSH

It's weird though, but it's like, you start to see black and then it suddenly all comes back.
    So weird

It wasn't head rush then, I'd been in the shower about 10 minutes already and before that I'd been busy doing some washing.

Hmm.. I think maybe it was lack of food mixed with being too hot.

    Whats that?

Today I've felt super tired and had to go to school late and come home and go to bed.. It's strange, I'm exhausted.
And thanks for all your advice so far guys
Where you sit down for a decent period of time then get up fast.

My brother had something around that line,
Went in the shower, became faint and sick, fell out of the shower.
Went to doctors and it was because the low levels of insulin in the blood stream which causes you to have the effects and in the shower worst because of the head making your blood pressure go up.
    Hope that helped!
