The map is great, funner than GTA, few little spin off islands, the Jail, the Roman wierd placey thing. And theres loads of activities.
Gangs are still alright to set up, although no in game support, you can all wear same clothes and set up your Bios and whatever. There are also ranks this time.
The game modes are -

Strongarm :- Strongarm is a huge mode. You can have up to 4 rounds (or up to a certain amount of money). You can pick different modes to play (eg. Insurance Fraud, Demo Derby, Hitman, Theft). You will then play the modes on your teams and best after the 4 rounds/at certain money limit is the winrar.

Major revamp, less distracting arena, located near the university, ability to upgrade cars, choose card, use Nitrous and all sorts.
