Think of it, all exams add up.

I might decided to not revise get 5 5 5 then be in a rubbish set next year, which doesn't allow me to get the GCSE grades that I should be getting.

However that is usually not the case as schools don't tend to solely rely on a single exam, they look at progress, behavior and multiple exams before coming to the conclusion what set you were in.

I knew what Science group I was in before I even took the exams.

    Okay, calm down dear.

I mean, it is quite funny how Year 9s/Year 6s get all worked up about their SATs, and say their suffering from 'exam stress', when in all fairness, they mean jack all.

I did my science and english ones last year, I'm in Yr 9 now so I did them in year 8 I dont really care if they're cancelled or not, they were piss easy, although the shakespere one was really boring... Richard III is the worst book/play I have ever read in my life LOL

Havent done the maths ones yet, dont think the current year nines have to now though, because on bbc news, it said they were scrapped with imminent effect.

About time the Year 9 SATs have gone... the Year 9 system has had flaws virtually every year (well, every year in the last 7 that I can recall).

Okay let's get this over and done with... GCSEs are £$%& easy, even my little brother can do it (he has done them, actually).

Life gets harder. Get used to it. SATs will seem difficult at the time because you haven't been given anything more challenging... so they are the most difficult obstacle you have crossed. Same goes for GCSEs, until you've done them. Same goes for AS-level, and to some extent A2.

Take a look at the real world before you start moaning so obnoxiously.

It's just some crappy mocks anyway to prepare you for GCSE's in a few years.
