    Hey,

    I bought a new laptop yesterday and;



    It's an AMD Processor I understand they can make the laptop get hotter than Intel's, but is that OK? (HD0)

    For a laptop it is. A little hot maybe, but nothing too serious.

    Considering CPUs dont turn off until 80c for Intel and even higher for AMD...

    my highest for a laptop is 86c before... nothing to be proud of really, more worrying.

    it gets hot for no reason like hot hot then goes cooler :S

    As stated it F not C.

    Go to configuse > options then select Celsius at the bottom if you wish it to be C
