I give up on this. I always sit by her at games and stuff. Some guy comes that she knows and she hugs him and loads of crap like she misses him (which she doesn't do to me). Also, she talks about some guy that she hasn't even met and asks if he has a pretty smile and acts like she wants to meet him so badly. I don't think she likes me.

You've got nothing to loose from asking her out? Other than a little pride if she says no, weigh that to the possibility of her saying yes and you should realise its worth asking her and finding out.

Speaking from personal experience, I say you don't hang around, ask her out as soon as you can. I got way too friendly with a girl once and when I went to ask her out, she said no because we were "just friends, and going out would ruin our good friendship".
