Pre-Nerf we were getting Teron Gorefiend to around 16%. We went in tonight and from shade we cleared all the way upto and including Mother Shahraz (Without any Shadow Res gear I might add). This 30% nerf and the big increase in DPS (Normally did around 1300-1450DPS now do around 2200-2300DPS)

Mainly because you cant chain heroism, drum nerf, no stacking spriests etc. Mainly for sunwell i think.

I thought it was to give people a chance to down end-game content before the release of WOTLK. I don't mind it too much, I've barely experienced any of it (Downed Gruul, run Kara and got Maggy to 36%) so I'd at least like to get a bit more done with my guild before we all start levelling up to 80.

The nerf was good after a BT clear, and actually killing Brutallus. But now I'd rather not repeat such trivial content, roll on WotLK.
