    Default o2 credit/bolt-on help.

K, so I was subscribed to o2 friends bolt-on. I went to edit the numbers, but didn't have all the ones I needed to put in, meaning half of 'em were left blank. So I thought 'I'll opt-out of it then top up tonight'.
Clicked opt-out, and it told me on screen I had done. Topped up my phone, and it took the £5 and hadn't actually opted me out. I figured I'd have to live with a bolt-on I'd only half use. Thing is, today they decided to cancel the bolt-on. So basically I'd paid £5 for an evenings bolt on.

    Worth ringing o2 or anything?
    Doubt everything, even this.

Yeah, get 'em rung, worth a try just to see what they say. They took the money for a service you haven't got.
