    tv links was closed they didn't host?

    I forgot other sites but i remember there used to be loads that used offshore hosting and got caught and closed and charged/sued or whatever.

    That not linking, that called embeding (sp?) to the site lol

    and tv links got caught hosting something bad, that why they got used

    He's right. Rapidshare can be taken down because they hold the files on their servers whereas the site only contains a link which isnt fully against the law

    Whats it for? platinumsport.net - Coming soon. Its basically gonig to be a radio website, with sports news, scores, and it will cover all your main sports + promote some extreme ones

    Will it be monetized? Yes. Ad's and eventually VIP will bring in cash. 60% of money goes to you, the other will go towards you being able to renew the forum year on year

    Regarding the legal matter, lets do a torrent site for example, they do warez.

    They do not host the files on their server, they merly provide a tracker for the torrent, yet they still get sued. I mean, look at all the legal letters to TPB.
