why isnt it a white person or both black and white

and yeah typhoid and cholera etc... are really big killers in Africa

I think it would be racist if they used a white person for the african poster, as assuming africa is the black mans country, and white shouldn't actually be there anyway.

Also the meaning of the actual compaign poster, is simply saying the bad water is more dangerous then the actual war and it isn't needed!
