    Default Wage At Lidl/Aldi

I heard that Lidl & Aldi pay about £9.00 an hour. Can anybody confirm whether or not this true? Thanks.

Probably about that, somehow cheap shops pay a lot. Wilkinson pay £9 an hour where I live and Tesco is only like 5 something lol

It is higher than the likes of Tesco/Asda/Morrisons, but I'm 99% sure that the base-rate is something like £6.80, and then you earn extra on top of that depending on how productive the store is.

It's also hard to get jobs in Aldi as they like to employ as little staff as possible, hence why there is only ever 3/4 staff in one store at a time.
