Everyone here does them in parks really. Ive done em in my garden.

And to the person who said you cant let them off before 5 November..
You can let them of any day? but times are different

Diwali [was on tuesday], Chineese new year - up to 1am
Bonfire night and New year - up to midnight
Normal night - 11pm
