Call of Duty: World at War Beta PC

I recently was emailed a beta code for CoD:WaW, and I downloaded the installation etc. and everything went fine. Until I tried to open the program and came up with this error message:

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_37.dll was not found.

I need help on this, so can anyone help?

When I double click the icon the CoD:WaW logo comes up and then it shows the error.
