How do you bring back Bella?

I'm not talking about the one in strangeville. I want Bella back permanently and not just using boolprop cheat as that only lasts 24 hours and idk how to use SimPE.

erm, well ive heard when you bring her back she dosent have any memories or anything.


But the only way i think is simpe

Does returning her actually do anything? I remember reading something about her being a townie in Strangeville but not sure how you can move her from one neighbourhood to the next, although I've never had to do that.

1) Download SimPE from http://sims.ambertation.de/
2) Run SimPE once you've installed it
3) Go to Plugins and choose "Neighbourhood Browser"
4) Select "Pleasantview"
5) Under Flietypes choose "Neighborhood/Memory"
6) Choose "Neighbourhood/Memory" again under packed file
7) Let the list of wants, fears and sims run through completely
8) Choose "plugin view" along the bottom row of tabs
9) Choose Bella Goth along the left list of sims
10) Select any memories which say "I Am Dead" and press delete on the right for each one
11) Choose "commit"
12) File>Save
13) Close SimPE
13) Run The Sims 2
14) Load up Pleasantview and any household of your choice (but the Goth house makes most sense)
15) Open the cheat box by holding ctrl+shift+c
16) Type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" and press enter
17) Shift+click a sim and choose Spawn then Tombstone of L and D
18) Type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false" in the cheat box
19) Click the tombstone and choose "Add Neighbour to Family"
20) Keep pressing "more" untill you see "Bella" and choose that
21) Bella is now a playable character
22) Go into buy mode and delete the tombstone
23) Now live out your soap opera as Bella and destroy Mortimer's love life with Dina Caliente whilst she shocks Pleasantview with the revelation that she is alive after all!
