Although i have Vanessa hudgens just cos she was in HSM i think they are really good anyways good job, you should apply for graphics department whenever apps for that are open again.

Where do you have her, tied up in your cupboard?
I like it One improvement would be to blend the highlights a bit more if you know what I mean?

Besides the fact that girl makes me want to vomit, good alt =]
Hair can do with more shading at the bottem, so blend it upwards.
I like it, just not the person =P

hair has no depth, and is flat. make it stand up off the head a bit more.

It's quite nice apart from the top she is wearing seems to 'tight' and doesn't flow down enough. Also the bottom of her hair seems too different from the top and looks more like some sort of tattoo on her arm, plus it needs a bit more depth. Oh, and she has a slight dimple on her chin, you might want to include that.

I've got to give it a quite low rating, even though it is pretty good, yet it doesn't look too much like her. 61%.
