DIV Help! Argh.

Basically, This is the first time im using divs, and i've come stuck. Basically its this issue of some images at the bottom of some content boxes not all aligning; However in dreamweaver they seem to align perfectly.

is the page im having troubles with, its the images at the bottom i just can't get them aligned.

Help? Lol
