If you're going for the cheapest with the most features then I suggest you check out the Aspire One, or Asus EEE 900A (witch according to Engadget is on sale depending on where you live). If it was me I would get the 900A because it's smaller, and I haven't had good experiences with Acer. Otherwise if you want to fork over the extra cash, the EEE 901 is the way to go, with wireless N, bluetooth, more RAM and a 6-cell battery (you can easily get 4+ hours of use with this).
Gaming is limited to the screen size, however you can still play games fairly well. Watching movies is pretty good on my EEE 901 Netbook too. No lag at all.
