All straight lines, nothing is smooth, no shading, no texture to the 'wood', you pasted in someone else's computer.

Next time try to spend longer actually making it, add darker colours for shading and see how other people make alts.
Always make it isometric, always save as .PNG - otherwise you lose quality.
