Being Cautioned & Polls

After recently being cautioned I noticed that cautioned members can not vote in polls, okay thats a punishment.

But also there was a poll on the main page which I could not vote in about the skin change, every time I came on all I would see is the poll and tbf it was rather annoying and I'm sure a few others would agree if they could not get rid of it.

So I was just wondering if it was possible to make the poll collapsible or that one poll vote able for cautioned members.

Or you could just follow the rules and not get cautioned.
