Default [THE BIG WEEKLY QUESTION] More Cod and Chips?

Hey guys, I'm currently savoring every last moment of COD5, and then I'm gonna Veteran it with a proper league gamer, although I've beaten it already and I'm still having fun with Zombiehs.

So, I'm sure we've all the time to get aquantied with the new cod, so how does everyone like it? Is COD:WAW better than 4? (hey that rhymes)

I think it is, it's bigger, badder and somewhat handles better. I love the gritty tales of WWII and this certainly is the best WWII shooter so far.

Absolutely, the gameplay is phenomenal and the campaign is actually fun to play, unlike CoD4 which took 10 mins to complete .

10 Minutes to complete the whole campaign? Bit addicted aren't you Dan?

Erm, yeah it's a lot better, I don't like the whole 'modern warfare' as classic weapons are so much better as proved with the success of Call of Duty 2 (PC) The maps are a lot better but the only downfall would be for putting tanks, I swear we where promised more such as boats and stuff but oh well.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

Is it still a 'tap button to aim, locks onto target and shoot' style or do you free roam with the gun?

What do you mean? Yes the maps are huge so people can be anywhere really,
I was on a 9 vs 9 hardcore War game yesterday, it was pretty immense.

like on COD4, you push a button in and it locks on the enemy -.-', but online you 'free roam' (didn't know what to call it) ?

Target assist? I think it does but you can disable it in the settings if you don't like it
