Well yeah just a general question and for my benefit because I have an exam in the morning, I drink coffee but I havnt before exams not enough time, maybe I should wake up like 15 minutes earlier to have one? I do have breakfast, and a shower I get about 8-9 hours sleep, still tired in the morning though and I have my exam at like 10 to 9.
What do you do to give you that extra boost in the morning?
