2008 - Good or Bad Year?

In the year 2008, many things happened, here's a list of the good things:

• Barack Obama - First Black President in the USA
• SAT's scrapped
• Beijing Olympics 2008
• Lewis Hamilton wins F1
• Man Utd are 2 times champions (Premiershop & Champions League)

And the bad:

• Credit Crunch
• Bombings
• Teenager Killings
• Hadron Collider
• Airline's going bust

i don't think any year can be a "good or bad" year as there will always ups and downs. for example, barack obama becoming president has made history (being a good thing), but on the other hand, credit crunch is an extremely bad thing.

its been a pretty awesome year for me. the economy has me worried but it hasnt effected me (yet) so i can't really factor that in. 2008 has probably been the best year of my life.

Personally it's been a bad year. I've learnt that im nearly in real life, no mum or dad helping you and such.

Social-wise it's been pretty good. Everything's kinda worked its self out over here.

In my opinion, i actually don't know.

Every year has got a bad and a good site to it...
But i think Credit Crunch worsened the year a bit.

From a financial side of things for me its been really really bad due to the airlines goin bust and iv been in hosp twice. GRRR! had shiz wit men n now hav xmas comin wit no boyf, great stuff... means il b spendin xmas at a mates house or stay in bed all day, great stuff!!

Its been a hell of a year for me, managed captaincy for my football team although in some cases, its been hard.

Public wise, theres been ups and down ~
